Image rights

Each participant in the “Paris International Shoulder Course,” including exhibitors, authorizes the company QUINZE MAI (SASU with a share capital of €3,070,884.00 – RCS NANTERRE 302 382 858 – 42, rue Barbès – 92240 MONTROUGE), hereinafter referred to as “QUINZE MAI,” its partners and assignees, to:

• Record my image and/or voice for reproduction and use in photographs, on film, videotape, or any other medium, for audio, audiovisual, or visual reproduction and use (hereinafter the “Recordings”).
• Broadcast my image and/or voice, and use or assign the use of the Recordings to a third party, on any medium worldwide, in French or any other language, without any restriction or limitation, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including for the promotion of QUINZE MAI, on one or several occasions.

I further acknowledge that QUINZE MAI holds and will hold all literary and artistic property rights to the aforementioned Recordings for a maximum period of 3 years.

As such, I expressly agree that:

• The images may be edited, cut, or otherwise modified as required for technical or artistic purposes in accordance with professional practices.
• QUINZE MAI’s trademarks and distinctive signs, or those of any sponsor accredited by QUINZE MAI, may be inserted on-screen during broadcast, and I consequently waive any claim in this regard.
• The Recordings may be broadcast multiple times by QUINZE MAI, its partners, and assignees.
• The Recordings may be used digitally or by telephone and may be made available online worldwide, on QUINZE MAI’s websites and event websites, or on the websites of its partners and assignees.

I am fully informed and expressly accept that:

• “Multiple broadcast” refers to the possibility for QUINZE MAI to carry out one or several broadcasts by any means of television broadcasting, free-to-air or encrypted (via waves, cable, satellite, etc.).
• The Recordings broadcast in this manner may be retransmitted simultaneously and/or with a delay; and in full, through satellite television services and/or by distributors chosen by QUINZE MAI or by any other French or foreign television channel, and communicated to the public.
• The authorization hereby granted applies to the reproduction and representation of the images and sounds of my likeness in the Recordings, together or separately, in whole or in part, on any medium, for the uses defined above, without creating any obligation to broadcast.

I guarantee QUINZE MAI the peaceful exercise of the rights transferred and granted.

This authorization is granted free of charge to QUINZE MAI for the uses defined above, carried out directly by it or indirectly by any third party authorized by it. Consequently, I hereby waive any claim for compensation, remuneration, or indemnity from QUINZE MAI, the broadcaster, and/or the sponsor of the Recordings for my participation in the Recordings.
